Returns and Exchange Policy

The original sales receipt must accompany all returns. If you want to return your purchase, the time period begins the day you receive your products. You have seven (7) calendar days once your product has been delivered to request a refund. All items must be in new, unused condition and must not be damaged.

If a refund is requested after seven (7) calendar days, YBass reserves the right to determine if a refund will be granted. Any items returned to YBass after seven (7) calendar days without prior contact, will not be refunded. Also, customers are responsible for shipping damage on any items improperly packaged.

Returns without the original sales receipt will be denied.

All items should be returned with all original accessories and packaging. If not, YBass reserves the right to deny any return. All denied returns will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs if YBass is not at fault. Once products are received, they will be inspected by our staff. All returned items have a 15% restocking fee.
